The aim assist slow takes effect when your reticle approaches an enemy player. This slows down close range sensitivity so you can aim accurately. Rotating aiming aid keeps your reticle aligned with the target as you move.
Accuracy and Focus settings are not used more often by gamers. This is because the slowdown is too strong and disrupts aiming a lot. These settings are also considered exploits because they apparently force you to "lock" on the target.
Standard aim assist is preferred by most pro players as it is the most balanced of them all. Also, Precision and Focusing are a good choice for players who like sniping. However, you can experiment with all of these settings to see which works best for you.
